i dont know how to dump a backup of my BIOS at the moment. COuld you help me understand how? -

I need help with this BIOS admin password please yall if you all can.
I'm not on the latest BIOS though, I'm on version 1.16.1 with no way to update said BIOS because of the admin password that was on this before i bought it from ebay.
