Jari, what was the actual solution for fixing the right front speaker.... I've the same issue on my dav-s300, was it just a matter of replace the TA2020-020 for the right channels + maybe caps or what? or did you end up fixing it?

I Recapped the OCZ 520 and its back in business... but the K8n neo4 platinum... it does nothing still.... zero.... it before would start spinning the fans a tiny bit but never post after the time that it stopped posting..... last I tried it did nothing though... not even spinning of the fans...
replaced all the caps in the ocz with Panasonic FM series caps... except those that didn't have vents, those are all still the sameLeave a comment:

1x Fuhjyyu 2200uF 16v TMR 105c(m)
1x Asia X 3300uF 16v TMX EC105c 0509
2x Asia X 2200uF 10v TMX EC105c 0509
2x Asia X 470uF 16v TNX EC105c 0509
2x Teapo 1000uF 16v SEK105c 11/05 A3
2 bigger caps don't have vent but are Teapo 1200uF 200v

K8n Neo4 Platinum
I had this system doing s3 sleep mode its been that way for months now.... I only use it once and a while to pull files off it mostly... anyway one day I went and found that it wouldn't wake so I reset the computer and it went ok but then same idea again wouldn't wake.... so same idea I reset it.... 3rd time it did this it wouldn't post no longer... anyway the result is that I opened my OCZ 520 and discovered that there was a bad cap inside... anyway about the psu I'm gonna try and recap the crap out of it... as for the mobo+cpu, is there anything I can do to revive those? i tried a alternative... -

yeah I think thats where this psu came from... an emachine had a fried south bridge nForce2 chipset really to bad...
however I assume was something else... and had tested out the psu with a dmm at one point so I dunno..... anyway next time I know....Leave a comment:

it was given to me dead by a friend.... apparently he had it hooked up at the time and running.... he went to go to use his computer and it was off he tried to turn it on but nothing.... series of caps I replaced... don't remember to tell ya;P sorry.... I was playing with my KR7A-133R trying to get sleep to work in S3 and tried a different power supply... upon hooking it up and powering up a smelt some smoke so I unplugged it.... I inspected it to find no visual damage... I hooked the old psu and it don't boot.... any suggestions???

ok I replaced all caps... majority I replaced with brand name esr caps(rubycon, united chemi-con, nichicon, cheapest being ltec but they're mint new and other thread says they're used in xbox 360;P)..... 4700uF 10v low esr cap I didn't have any so replaced with a 1400uF 50v rubycon + 3300uF 10v United Chemi-Con paralleled, which I was told results in low esr...
other thing... now that I replaced all the caps should this power supply be trustable on a newer system... or what??? previous to cap replacing the psu was working, never died.... some people were...Leave a comment:

can someone tell me if these are Low ESR caps or not.. is it just safe to replace em with any other better brand cap of the same value?.... attempting to replace all the caps in a CWT-450, has all Fuhjyyu caps... replaced the 6.3v caps with low esr caps but dunno about the others that are 10v's

Gigabyte 7VT600P-RZ?
anyone recap any Giga 7VT600P-RZ, seems like a nice board but dunno what wrong... replaced some of the caps with some caps from some other dead boards.... it gets to a point where the cpu fan spins, 2 mosfets get 5volt input other 2 get no input no output....
can anyone tell me of there experience with these boards?
sidenote, first time I try going any further then replacing caps on a working board:P... little electronics knowledge, good soldering experience:P
