i have checked all the fuses and all the standby voltages on the board and all of those are ok...on plug J1 pin one its supposed to b 3.3v mine is jumping all over the place but staying on mv instead of volts. the smd fuse right below J1 shows 5v on both sides but the fuse to the right of that one that is F2 shows mv on both sides and not v...there originally were two bad caps on power supply and untill i changed those there was no life at all...now at least i have the standby logo lighting up but thats it..it will not power up makes not clicks or noise of any kind and all the standby voltages...

What would happen if i cut the power input to the ic1670? would that shut down the audio circuit completely and allow the tv to work without sound of course?..
