From the 3 IC chips which i replaced one of them was defective Q820 (SRX2039). Removed and replaced with existing IC chip and TV was repaired. Ic chips purchased on line from [url]WWW.SUBURBAN-ELECTRONICS.COM[/url]. Paid $15.99 for STRZ4479 , $6.95 for STRW6765, $9.95 for SRX2039 plus shipping..

My Toshiba 37LX96 would not turn on but has yellow blinking light.
It would blink 3 times then a pause and another blink. This cycle repeated over and over.
Replaced the 3 IC chips STRZ4479, STRW6765 & SRX2039 on power supply board as suggested by the many posts that i searched.
After replacing the IC chips i developed another problem. The power relays (SR80 & SR81) on power supply board are clicking on and off constantly and the yellow light is still blinking as before (3 blinks 1 pause & then again 3 blinks & 1 pause).
