For anyone else in the same situation as me.
You gotta spam F1 when the Bad SVP data error pops up on shorting the EC pin. For me, pin no. 10 corresponding to LAD0 worked. It dosent matter if the screen is black just keep spamming once that error pops up. I had almost given up on this laptop until i found the legend Maxpower3's ECbypass guide on this forum:

Flashing multiple different bios filles from here either did not clear the password or just straight up bricked the bios entirely. Looking at the board schematics there is supposed to be an EEPROM in my board but there is no chip on the place where there is supposed to be an EEPROM on the physical board. Hence my next conclusion was that the password might be stored in the EC (in this case it is IT8886HE), which led me to master Maxpower3's EC bypass guide. I am a novice when it comes to this stuff. Did not fully check but i could previously boot windows from this laptop even if it was a locked bios. However now, it simply asks to go to setup mode where it asks for password. Oof. Would be a great help if anyone can at least turn the original file back in a usable state....Leave a comment:

Hello,
I got a bios locked lenovo thinkpad yoga 11e 4th gen (model 20HS). I tried shorting the data and clock pins on the bios chip but that just ended up corrupting the bios as it wont post anymore. The bios is attached in the message. Can you guys help me potentially un-corrupt and unlock this bios file if possible? I am saying this because i have already exhausted my options trying out some of the bios files posted here for my board no. (DALI8KMB8DO: rev D) but they just wont post. Only the fans move.

Same board no. had a locked password. Tried reflashing several bioses here. The only one that worked was the one which worked for you, only the fact that even that bios was locked. I got no clue where to proceed from here....Leave a comment:
