My company is replacing dozens of video cards made by GeForce FX5200, due to bad caps. Now we've selected a SPARKLE SF8834DT256MB (alternate eVGA 128-A8-N306-LX) to replace the GeForce.
Does anyone know whether these particular manufacturers have a clean record with regard to bad caps? Or did we jump out of the frying pan into the fire?
Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
I'm a reliability engineer, new here, just registered. My company is losing a ton on hundreds of PCBA's in the field with failing electrolytics, and I'm eager to post a couple questions. Thanks, rmdias
