Everyone named a lot of TV's they think are trash. So what TV would be considered a good TV? Because my Vizio is a piece of trash and when I buy another one I'd like to get a good one

Is there anything else I can do to trouble shoot the unit, to make sure it is the main board that needs replacing? I keep reading and I'm seeing that a lot of it is the main board but I'm also seeing that there can be other problems as well in other areas. I don't really have a clue as to what I'm doing so if there is a thread that I'm just not finding on how to start testing it or what tools I need to do so can someone please direct me to the page. I thought it was the main board but I didn't want to go buy a new one and not be somewhat sure. Ill let you know how the T-con things goes. Thanks for the replies.
T-Con note:

Hey I am trying to fix my tv but Im stuck at this point. The tv turns on, gets stuck on the logo screen for about 90 seconds turns off and continues to loop. Sometimes the vizio light blinks other times it doesn't. I've read a few things on the forum w this problem but it seems it can be a number of things and i don't know a great deal about this tv.
