Power injection is key to those long runs of LEDs, especially when the white color (all three LEDs light up to make white) lights up. I have to do this for my Christmas light decorations when using addressable LEDs (pixels) with XLights. Good luck ☺️

MJE13003 appears to be phasing out or obsolete but Mouser.com still stocks KSE13003H2ASTU which appears to be a direct replacement. Good luck!

Hello everyone! Thanks for allowing me to join your community! I’ve always had a passion for electronics, which drove my career up until about 12yrs ago when I made an industry change to big oil. But I miss my bench and notebook, so I kept busy tinkering and repairing stuff. I’m slowly gathering my tools and building what I need to safely continue to play on the bench, mainly audio related, SMPS, and the occasional microcontroller projects.
