I tried to use afuwin64 v.5.16.04.0135 the GUI and the CMD version both give me this error.... -

Hi I am new here and I need help for a customer of mine. He set a BIOS Password but he did not even know he did that. Now his Touchpad does only work in the password screen of the BIOS. So here is the information for the laptop:
