Hi guys,
I changed the chipset bios on the motherboard to a new one (MX25L25673GZ41-08G), then wrote a bin file on it (attachment) and now it works perfectly.
I did it myself, but added a universal bin file - maybe it will help someone like me.

Sorry for delay, I've tried to make a backup for the exist bios file but something goes wrong - please have a look file has lots of sequence FF. Unfortunatelly I erased this chip after I save this backup - Yes Im idiot :| . So, right now laptop Is completly dead - when I press power button I see only one amber blink from the status/power led.

So, Could I program this chip another version of bios from the similar motherboard (la-h182p)? Any collision could be happened during this? - MAC adress for example ? If not, and it will be "plug&play" maybe someone...

Or maybe It will be enough If I convert exe file (from the Dell website) for the bin file via CMD ?​
