Hi,

Long story short lenovo had replaced on site 3 times the motherboard due to hardware related issues and still they could not update the serial number in the bios. Now they want me to send the laptop to the depo but I can not so I wanted to fix this issue on my own. I still have issue when the battery is either fully charged or discharged with the power supply connected the system just reboots

It seems to be a again hardware issue so I had escalated the matter and the technician refuse to help an further.

I have tried it with the latest version and getting error :

Directory: 'Trace' already exists
scrip error status: unsupported (line 74)

second time I tried then I got line 84 error.

I wanted to know if this tool can be used on the new Lenovo 7x Yoga Slim ( 14Q8X9 ) (Machine type: 83ED) to fix the issue myself, since Lenovo technician was not able
to repair it. If you can provide a newer version that would be great help
