Nintendo Gamecube missing component DOL-CPU(P) - 01 (Side A)
So today I was checking on a GC board that I got from a friend and he told me the GC would get an error and doesnt want to read games after a couple of hours gaming on it. So I suspected it to be some bad solderconnection or an capacitor, when checking the solder connections of various components one of them was so loose that it flew off. I think the component right next to it is the same. The board says it's DA15 and I've never heard of that designation. The Text on the component says A1, and this also doesnt help me out. Maybe one of you guys knows what part that is so I can order it instead...

Well the multimeter I have at work is pretty good, it'sn an fluke 117 ig, I have no idea about what CPU is built into this device, or anything else I have just the model numvber and EMC 3071, I have no idea what that means. (It's from a friend of mine). Does the cable really make the laptop not want to boot up or cause these shortages? I am confused because i dont get any shorts anywhere else, just these caps. I will definetly check on that, thanks for your answer

Macbook Pro A1706 no backlight and not booting up
So recently I got this macbook from a friend of mine. He went to the apple store after his mac did not boot up anymore and they told him that the mac has got a cpu issue. After that he asked me if I could take a look at it and so I did. I got the schematic and boardview from this forum so I started looking for an issue and the only thing I've found is that the capacitors on Page 10 (C1000, C1001,...) all are shorted to ground, so after that I soldered 2 wires to C10G0 and put 2V onto it. After closer Inspection under the Thermal cam the only thing that got hot was the CPU. I followed the path...3 PhotosLast edited by Baspotv; 10-18-2024, 02:43 PM.
