Recently found the forum and am really digging all the info and top notch support and friendly help. I have a HP elitebook 830 G7 with windbond W25Q128JV BIOS chip that has a password lock on it. I'm currently in the process of trying to unlock the file myself using a CH341 programmer (Black). I might have fumbled though and corrupted the EC chip as I order a set of chips from ebay before having the programmer. Still reading and learning but not a noob with soldering. Thank...
