I have an Acer nitro 5 AN515-31, with the C5V01 LA-E892P motherboard. As far as I'm aware there's a short somewhere on it's main power line. The chargers overcurrent protection trips as soon as I connect it to the motherboard and it turns itself off. From what I gathered inductors: PL903, PL904, PL906, PL907, PL1202 and PL1203 are all shorted. I have no idea how i can pinpoint it down further, since all the tutorials I've seen online rely on measuring current to find shorts. I'm pretty new to electronics repair so I'd really appreciate it if you could help me with this and explain the thought...
