Good evening, I have a Lenovo IdeaPad S145-14API and my PC has completely crashed (the Lenovo app downloaded and installed a BIOS) to the point where the screen went black. I tried to download the BIOS .exe from the official website and extract the .cap, put it on a formatted USB, then press fn + r and the disk light flashes without reading the USB. I don't have the old BIOS or anything or I don't know how to access it. Thanks.
