i found the original bios ic and here is the original dump. the problem is, it turn on and logo 2sec and turn off. can someone help me please

My surface pro 6 does not boot properly. The logo appears and after 5 seconds the device turns off can someone help me please i took of the bios chip winbond 25q128fvpq from the mb and this is what i have with asprogrammer i think the chip is faulty or i do something wrong ? i bought a new chip and i need bios file please
