I did some searching, and found that the little chip next to those inductors/coils is TPS51486RJER component labeled PU8700, so a power managing for the memory and the CPU? if that fails, would it cause the surrounding area to short out?

Power issues with HP pavillion 15 eh1815nd
Hello,
I have some issues with my HP pavillion 15 eh1815nd.
It doesn't wanna power on anymore, when i click the start button it briefly turns white, then the light goes off again.
The charge light is indicating that it's charging when i plug it in.
I did some tests accross the board, and found 2 (coils?) near the CPU, one of the small (chips?) next to the bottom coil seems to get unusually hot, and the coil shows quite a lower resistance then the coil above.
Most/all capacitors next to, and below the bottom coil seem to be connected to ground on both...3 Photos
