I repaired a rapid charger for my phone and all I can think of is I plugged it into the usbc connector to charge the laptop like I used to do and I may have had the connector signal wires flipflopped or the polarity. It appears to me to have a short on the 5v system but I'm pretty new to this type of diagnostics. Are there protection circuits for this?... -
