Update...
i removed the new battery, and charging cable pressed and held the power button for about 60sec. plugged the charger laptop came alive.
fasten the mb back into the laptop everything was working perfectly until i opened the laptop screen further, power then when off then closed the screen a bit pressed the PB came back again. maybe a dry joint or a crack on the board. spent over 2hrs cannot fined a thing. any suggestions​

i have an lenovo yoga 3.14 (80jh) laptop and will not power on or charge, measured the battery voltage 0.00v dead flat.
i managed to charged the battery, placed the battery back into the laptop and powered up.

checked for shorts, checked mosfets, fuses and caps around battery and input not see anything, ive missed something.

i wasn't getting negotiating voltage 19v only 5v. so i replaced the pu101 (BQ24715RGRR), once replaced i was getting negotiating voltage 19v but blinking white light 3sec...
