NIMH quick charger no power
Hope everyone is doing well here. I have been troubleshooting on why my charger isn't giving any charge. At the TNY IC, I did a volt test on pin 2 with closest capacitor ground lead and it is giving 0 volt. Pin 4 and ground is giving around 2v. The capacitor is getting 160v from what I can tell. Those big diodes are tested on board. I don't find any shorts. Do you know how else I can find the culprit? Please bare with my lack of skills.... -
