Hi, I have an M720Q I am trying to repair as a project. Not sure why its not working it was a thrift store purchase. When I plug in no display, no beeps, fan comes up at max speed and LEDs turn on. Tried a different CPU, RAM and remove nvme and wifi card. Still does the same thing. Nothing looks burned, the device seems in fairly new condition. I have dump of the BIOS bin, but I think is something else since when I compare it to the ones posted here it seem similar. I can post it if it will help.
