Re: Westinghouse L2410nm Buzzing?
monitors generally don't buzz. I wonder if your hearing is just super attuned. My roomate has a 23' inch asus. dosen't make noise at all. buzzing noises are not a common thing.

Re: Westinghouse L2410nm Buzzing?
I know how that one is. the monitors in that range are mostly professional ones so beware you might be saving for some time. Asus has some nice cheap ones. as for the buzzing. If you figure out what it is. I'll send you the parts if you pay shipping. westinghouse isn't my favorite brand. XD. I was thinking of upgrading a insane new size. But hey. either way works for me. I hear samsung is a good brand too btw. oh and dont get a tv to use as your montior unless you want to fry your eyes out XD

Re: L2410Nm color issues
Its not the graphics card. I've hooked it up to my other 2 monitors and my other montiors dont show the issue. I even hooked my laptop to l2410nm and it shows the same red color graphical glitch. the monitor dose it to whatever its hooked up to. and no matter what input. I have a duel graphics set up. I've tried both cards. and when i hooked up one of my 3 monitors. besides the westinghouse one. the color is perfect. Whats strange is that is only a certain sector of the screen.

I know someone else has a thread about this model but I have a different issue and dont wanna highjack someone elses thread. Im having this issue where a part of my screen is showing this red strait lines, which move when I display images on the other side of the screen. I was wondering if anyone knew what this could be. I dont know where to start...

Oh ya forgot about Philips XD. I notice that most of everyone gets parts from Samsung. but don't have any experience with that brand....

Re: Sony KDL46S4100 backlight not working
You might be able to program the board if its the wrong one. might be a pain but you could do it. assuming you have the tools. What board is it?Last edited by Silviyius; 07-14-2012, 06:08 PM.

Re: Vizio's
My vizio tv has had some use before it went out. Personally magnavox is the worst brand I've ran into. Dynex too.

Re: 32" Dynex DXL3210A Won't Power On
if you get a standby light I would suspect the main board has a issue. Btw what is that gunk below rf6 cf5?

Re: Taking apart a gv42l and troubleshooting
Thank you guys so much. I've probably been a bit of a pain but after all this I've learned a lot. I even found replacement cables. All I had to do was think outside of the box and get proprietary cables from a vizio set. Ebay worked wonders. I'll probably buy more broken tvs and have a hand at it. Of this same model.

Dont message me about busting your chops. Your the one who doesn't read the forum rules. You hijacked my thread about your nonsense, which someone else had already answered in another thread. My thread doesn't have the same board you talk about. Again if you message me again, talk to me like a adult.

Re: Taking apart a gv42l and troubleshooting
look up your part number on the chip and look it up on digikey. The tv on this thread has a different board which doesn't include a u33 regulator. Also The rules are a good thing to read before making a post. I hope you find your part. Also would help if you told us which board you have.
Hijacking is one of them...Last edited by Silviyius; 06-15-2012, 01:39 AM.
