Guys i was able to figure it out. For anyone having this issue. This thread helped a lot:

"Use UEFITool NE version and check UEFI Variables, there's usually one named AbtState, that one contains information if Absolute Computrace is Active.
Then use an hex-editor and search for AbtState, a few bytes before the string you will find the header AA553F(h), to invalidate that variable...

Thank you, I tried it and the screen was blank for a while, then BIOS self-healing screen appeared and the laptop restarted with Absolute module still enabled and activated. Did I need to backup the second chip too?Leave a comment:

Hello!
I have a laptop with Absolute Persistence module enabled in BIOS. I was hoping one of you kind folks could assist with removing Absolute on the attached bios dump? There is no password on the bios.
Model: Lenovo T14 Gen 3 (21CF-003TUS)
Serial: PF3V5GZE
Board: NM-E441 rev 1.0
Also I hope I backed up the right chip, Winbond 25R256JWEQ
