thanks Hoaca, i tried it but still the same. Power goes in, when power button is pushed, power light turns on but fans do not spin. I think MB is bad....Leave a comment:

Also i found the right bios chip, see attached pic. It is kind of flat and i cannot read it using my CH341A black. Is there any way to read it without removing it from MB?...
