Hi guys, new to this forum, and found a lot of helpful information on it. I also have had the wonderful "clicking" problem on my 40" samsung LCD. I pulled it apart and replace all the capacitors with the equivilents that were in there as a couple appeared to have a bulge on the top. Plugged it back in and still clicks on and off. Have read that many people were required to reset the eeprom. I have looked across my board and am unable to find the IC1803 8pin smd. I have attached two photos of both sides of my board.
