can anyone help me out on this set please asap.

toshiba 46tl963b 3d led tv.
was working fine, turned on 3d then picture went off and only have sound.

did have backlight on then no picture but have sound, now only have the backlight come on for a second then goes off, checked my volts around the psu to the inverter etc, have 24v, got my psu supplies 24v/5v/etc all ok, missing the 5v on a test point going to the t-con board but prob a ribbon connection going from and 2 mainboard to t-con.

set is running but with no backlight on or picture but may...

can anyone help me out here. driving me mad.

set has sound but no picture.

i have found the psu to be giving the following

va volts ok at 64v
vs volts not good only have 8 to 9v, should be 205v

also found the logic board is dead, the led lights on it not lit or doing anything,.
i suspect its this at fault. can anyone advise at all?
