Managed to source another faulty board. This one keeps blowing the fuse when the main ac circuit in switched in. After some fault finding I found one of the 8mH mains filter double wound inductors L902 had failed. Not sure what might have caused this. Secondly I have not managed to find the exact origional part online, so might have hade to use an equivalent replacent. For now I swapped the faulty filter inductor out with the one from the other spare board I had and now its working 100%. That was an easy fix !

I have some feedback regarding a second BXW-10 module which also has a fault but different to the other. When the unit is switched on it makes a popping noise, furthermore if left in auto mode the unit switches on itself and then the popping noise follows. It looks like I managed to sort this out by replacing the two main Q103 and Q102 FET's....

I have one of these amplifier modules, as some of the user's have mentioned before the fault that I experience is that the unit switches on. The green led and then after a few seconds it goes into standby mode red (protection) mode. I have started to analyze the circuit as I have sourced the circuit diagram. Will update once I find something....
