I have not been successful at uploading pics but will try again......nope.
The line is there during self test ,and when you connect the DVI cable and the osd is on for like google, the light green line runs from top to bottom of the visible screen ,change the picture and it 's still there it doesn't vary at all it 's like the whole line is turned on for that green color.....Everything else works ,great pictures good color no flickering,,,,...

no with the dvI cable unplugged the screen displays the vertical line when it runs the self test and when the dvI is connected the screen shows that single light green line over the background ,the line runs from the top of the screen to the bottom even throught the black out so I think the line driver is on for that whole line...just a guess ? I have no other problem no flicker ect.
It has a great picture and vivid color....

if you can put pressure with your finger you might try to reflow that chip/ board ,,,put oven on 370 and cook it for 8 mins and let it cool before you remove it,you can open the oven door but don't shake/move the board until the solder rehardens,,,,good luck!

I haven't taken the panel apart,I did email a bunch of people that should know if it's the panel ,they said it was inside the panel ,but would you tell some more about the inside of the panel and is it fixable or is it replacement time,
If you are having other problems the voltages are listed aroung the plugs on the boards ,if you have a volt meter you can check these ,they should be real close to what is written on the board,a Rat shack meter will do this if you don't have one.
Those spots on the boards that are changing...

I am new here ,I got a Samsung 305T Plus monitor CHEAP, yea it was in the dumpster,Anyway I was researching it down and was referred here,so I joined!
I have been tearing and fixing anything I could from a early age, toasters,drills mixers,Tube radio,diode radios and tv's Mom would get a little stress when I would take the tubes out and head up to the local pharmacy to test them,A new tube and you were back in business in those days,lol.
Now I build almost anything I want ,car engine management circuits and of course balanced stereo's...

I am new here and probably for the same reasons 305T ,lol.
I have replaced all the electrolytic on all the boards and replaced the logic board with the famous chip altera I still have one, one pixel wide light green line,running from top to bottom almost in the middle of the screen,This monitor got dropped but owner said he caught before it banged on the floor,the self check looked ok ,no line but I put 2 new logic boards in it and I still have the line,I have checked all the voltages around the cards they are right on,checked...
