hardware1, modifying my own created by FPT was a bridge too far - there were more changes than I originally considered. For instance, there were many NVRAM changes under AmiNvramMainRomAreaGuid that were different. So I UBU modified both the Dell Vostro 3670 (V_2.26) (Name1).bin and Dell Vostro 3670 (V_2.26) (Name2).bin, and (Name2).bin is the one that worked. Flashing Name1 didn't work.
If both UBU modified bios' failed, I would have tried your originals, but UBU modified (Name2).bin

Edit: FF FF FF etc. inserted for Address FF691000h in a HEX editor gets rid of E34AEDB0-BB97-49BC-B139-1E419B3560E2 and creates the Padding. Making progress. Now onto hardware1's AmiNvramBackupRomAreaGuid.vol modification - missed that at first. This is a trickier modification.Edit: FF FF FF etc. inserted for Address FF691000h in a HEX editor gets rid of E34AEDB0-BB97-49BC-B139-1E419B3560E2 and creates the Padding. Making progress. Edit last post: The OP's file and my file contains E34AEDB0-BB97-49BC-B139-1E419B3560E2 after EfiFirmwareFileSystem2Guid under the BIOS region. At hardware1's files do not. They just contain the Padding after EfiFirmwareFileSystem2Guid.Edit last post: The OP's file and my file contains E34AEDB0-BB97-49BC-B139-1E419B3560E2 after EfiFirmwareFileSystem2Guid under the BIOS region. At hardware1, I'm in need of what I think will be a little help with this same bios. I noticed that the difference between your files and the OP's file is placement (and size) of the Padding after EfiFirmwareFileSystem2Guid. When I did an FPT bios backup, for whatever reason, FPT didn't create a Padding file, and I think this is the issue. When I flash the attached, the computer lights up without any nasty blinkings, but will not post.
The attached is a slightly modded bios - I used UBU. The size is exactly...
