My laptop is Lenovo ideapad L340-15IWL - Type 81LG. During windows update the new BIOS update was downloaded and during the BIOS installation (after restarting and the BIOS begun flashing) the laptop turned off in the middle of the installation. It was powered back immediately on its own but nothing appear only black screen. It keeps rebooting and only the power button flashes once booted then i can hear the fan and HDD then reboot again and loops. for sure the BIOS is corrupted.
