Dell Latitude 5410 BIOS Help

Details of laptop below:

Make: Dell
Model: Latitude 5410
Service Tag: 4TFYN73
Board Model Number: FDZ41 LA-J372P Rev 1.0

Issue:
Laptop came in for BIOS password removal. I used my EZP 2010 which seemed to detect the chip okay, but it actually only read 16MB of the 32MB chip.
I didn't know there was an issue, I kept the original dump (which I thought was fine). I then pursued the script method to remove the password and get in to manufacturer mode, but this didn't work once flashed back...

Did these dumps work for people? I flashed bios and it now boots and I get something on the screen, but SATA does not work.
