Hi,

First time here and apologies for the newbie questions, but came across this post because I have the same issue with a second hand Optiplex 7050. I've tried the procedures on Dell's website, to load the files from a USB stick after the 2 amber, 5 white flashing LEDs on the device. I've tried the files here as well as the ones from the website and nothing seems to have been able to resurrect the device. Is there somewhere that has more info on how I can maybe further troubleshoot this issue, or should I just write off the device at this point.
