I've managed to flash the EEPROM chip in the meanwhile with the updater from the manufacturer website. The serial number and other similar information have been deleted in the process but everything is still working fine....

Hi SMDFlea, I tried the unlocked BIOS of this thread already, but I couldn't flash it due to a bin too large for the chip. It's very close but the motherboard model is also different. Mine is 203105-2 and the one of OP is 203105-1m.
