I'm fixing an HP Media Center PC for a friend - ASUS PTGD-LA ("Goldfish3").
Computer is completely dead - no action when activating power switch, but there is a green LED on on the power supply when plugged in to AC (some standby voltage like activate on LAN?). I know a lot about computers but ignore details like this until I have to learn about them!

There are several large electrolytics with burst tops and leaking electrolyte. I assume that this is the "capacitor plague" - bad Taiwanese caps due to incomplete electrolyte formula. There are over 22 billion...
