I replaced the whole motherboard and yes. I am stuck in the same problem. Believe or not, I can't believe that even changing the whole motherboard results in the same symptoms. So my next doubt is my battery pack or keyboard matrix is not working so the power button is not recognized. that's why I'm finding the schematic or boardview file to bypass the power button and the battery pack....

Maybe I can get a boardview file? I will check the power wiring myself. Once again, It would be really helpful to progress my current problem.......

Hi mon2, I'm also struggling with the same problem on MSI Prestige 15 which version of the board is 16s31.

I already replaced the whole motherboard and it doesn't boot. I think I have to check the schematic to force boot the laptop bypassing the power without PD and the battery.
So, If you are okay, Can I get a schematic of this board If you have? I'm begging..

Hi, I just found this wonderful site while searching for the schematic of the FX505 (asus) laptop.

I am almost new to the detailed schematic. As before, I only worked with complete parts and some capacitor shorts with a simple multimeter and scope.
The reason why I came here, is to do some onboard work because my laptop, fx505gm, is surely outdated and I want to fix it at all costs.

I have a little amount of knowledge but It would be happy to help you guys if I can.
