Replace all caps or just the main power source for CPU?

I have about 8-9 older MBs that prob need caps replaced.. I've done this plenty of times in the past as not a big deal but the big deal with doing this many boards is the cost..
Do I just replace the clear bad looking caps or is it common to just replace all of them?
I would of course replace all of the group of caps if one or 2 is bad from the same group (same type and make).
Usually I would just replace the main large caps that are near the CPU but wondering... -

Looks like i was sold a card that is not possable to fix.. i asked for pics of the memory chpis and that northbridge looking chip and if they had any damage cause they were all covered up with thermo paste and pads.
The seller (sabregen) uploaded 4 pics showing the chips.. ofcourse the pic with the northbridge looking chip was blurry and had some thermo residue on it so i really could'nt tell.. So since he didnt comment on the damage i figured he ment they were all good.

What tools do i need to solder on a surface mount cap? A good heatgun? ALl the heatguns i see come with a 10x10mm 4 sided tip.. It would fit but theres only 2 solder spots on the cap.. Does that matter or do i need a tip that has 2 sides? I also have seen a pair of hot tweezers. Would that work ok as well?...Leave a comment:

Wow.. Thanks for the info. Though i have some questions for those who know.. is it possable to solder on a surface mount cap with just a low wattage iron? Say 12 WATT? Do i have to use a heatgun and the right tip?Leave a comment:

We shall see once i remove that broken chip. I do have a 7900GTX card that is damaged that i can use spare parts from. Theres a few of those 1R0 chips on there that i could use. Also the seller did have that little tiny C33 resistor.
I do hope to hunt down somewhere to buy a few of those 1R0 chips.. That other card i have is a some what working spare as it works for 2D but the picture scrambles durring 3D.. It was a new card and i slightly chipped the GPU core putting on a 3rd party heatsink. I see no other...Leave a comment:

Heres anohter area of interest.. if anyone has any advice on how to repair a tear in the pcb i'm all ears!
The original owner sold it to someone overseas and it was damaged in shipping.
Heres where the real trouble lies in the tear in the PCB where this chip was tore up. I hope to figure out how to fix this. i should check this area out first before i order the caps....Leave a comment:

Yes i know that the black speaker isint a cap.. I was refering to the base of the caps.. Theres supposed to be a base on them as the original owner broke them off to reattach the caps....Leave a comment:

Hello,
I just bought a damaged EVGA 8800GTS 360MB Super Clocked card from someone online. All the silver caps were broken off apon other things that were damaged in shipping in the past.
Anyways i need to know what these aluminum caps with a plastic base are called and were i could buy some replacements?
The guy told me the numbers off the top of the caps.
From top to bottom:
