I initially had tv picture rapidly flashing as though refresh rate had been reduced. Everything else was working. Turned set off, then on, after very short time trouble repeated. AMBER logo when off. Searched forums for clues. Replaced c421 on power board, a 470mf electrolytic. Did not find any other caps that were bulged so did not inspect any other boards for damage. Turned set on and it worked great with Logo operating normally. Set failed after 18 hours with same raster flashing. The cap I had replaced was bulging and 3 of the 4 470mf caps on the master and slave boards were also bulging so...
