Thank you for your advice. I finally found it. It looks different and i can't grab it with my clamp to read it. I think i've to desolder it from the board for reading and writing or ist there another solution?...

Oh sorry for that,
i'm a noob in BIOS Chips reading and writing. i just can't find the other Chip that has the 256 in it. I attached pictures of the board, and marked the two IC's (1M and 16M) that i was able to find. Maybe you can help me locate the 32M IC? On the backside of the board are no such IC's at all.
