Re: Lg m228wa
D102, D101 ok but R108 - From color code orange;orange;silver;gold it's Resistance Value:
0.33 ohms, +/-5%, but multimeter shows 0.7ohms. could that be the problem?Re: Lg m228wa

Changed caps but, fuse is fine but still doesn not take power in.

C207 one leg copper is loose from board but works fine.
haven't replaced big high voltage filter capacitor. Seems all flat from top - no need to raplace.
all soldered legs tested with beep function - all good. Also tested loose copper track from various distant points.Re: After replacing caps transformer.../a/IdW5ILast edited by 820uF; 03-29-2013, 09:32 AM.

After replacing caps transformer starts to buzz
After replacing caps transformer starts to buzz when display is not lid up.
For example if display goes to standby mode it starts to buzz on powerboard.
Is there any general fix for that ?

Re: Hyundai ImageQuest L70S+
F3 fuse is ok. current flows thru - no resistance.
Now about voltages - when video board connected they start jumping -
12V: 11-18V
5V:1,5-4,5V
SLP: 0,00V
MID: 0,7-2,4V
When video board not connected:
12v: 12,24V
5V: 4,98V
SLP: 0,00V
DIM: 2,57V

All caps look fine.
Transistor secondaries differ under 3%
Big Diodes show:

D3. .256 back on cathode side, second way it shows .743
D6. .256 back on cathode side, second way it shows .747
Images from power poard:...
