1st hello everyone,

I found this TV on the road hoping to fix it. I've fixed a 42" Samsung and a 32" Vizio that both had bad caps/overheating, but those are easy fixes (both plasmas).

When I turn this TV on I can see a flash inside the tv where the panel starts to light up then goes off. You can see it light up in the front as well. after about 10 seconds the TV turns off, the screen is dim this whole time. After doing this twice, on the third time the screen will actually come on after about 10 seconds to show "Video 2," and if I hold the volume...
