There are already some topics on autopilot/intune and what I learned is that flashing BIOS is not sufficient to get rid of the login screen.

Changing the S/N, MAC address or UUID also doesn't help.

Probably you need to clean/reflash both BIOS and EC and put new DMI data (S/N, MAC etc.), but nobody confirmed that yet....

Did you succeed in removing/bypassing intune lock?

I tried changing serial number and some other data in Thinkpad laptop and am still getting the password lock....
