vostro 3568 charging problem
Hi guys
have charging problem with client notebook vostro 3568.
replaced charger + bat still not charging.
the middle pin on the charger 0.006-0.008V
is it supposed to be like this ? don't have another charger to check.
need the schematics or advice.

the same problem .8585e is shorted and suply unstable voltage (2.3-3.2v) to the bios ( 8 pin) . the motherboard is ver 3. do i need to program the 8585E
after replacment?
