ok, I already bought 2 new T-con boards. Nothing has improved.
After I install the first T-con, it's even worst.
And recently I've order a new one from some where else. Not much of a difference.
What else could it be?

I tried to reflow the chip on the T-con, but the screen has same distorted graphic.

some wireless card cannot find their driver just because you have not install the software before you install the hardware.

first step: uninstall the driver. (it's a must)
second: turn off the computer.
third step: remove the wireless card from the computer.
forth step: turn on the computer and install the driver (without the wireless card)
fifth step: turn off the computer.
sixth step: install the wireless card and reboot.
if the above doesn't work, most likely the card is defective.Leave a comment:

there are about five swallon 1000uF 16v 105°C 20x10mm on the psu board.
Thinking to have them replace, but there are lots on selection.
When you say they are on the low side, do you mean the Ripple

I have tried to heat up the both board with a hair dryer and result stayed the same.
Checked the 3 regulators with following result:
Part number 1084-0544AL (located at u20 on the signal board)
pin 3 = 4.92
pin 2 = 1.81
pin 1 = 0.56
Part number 1084-0544AL (located at u16 on the signal board)
Pin 3 = 4.92
pin 2 = 3.33
pin 1 = 2.07
Part number LD1117-c550 (Located top center on signal board)
Pin 3 = 4.94
Pin 2 = 2.51
