There is no U8213 on my board, no u5700 aswell with all components around. Its like this board doesnt have them originally.... -
SO i return after a while, did ME region cleaning on original bios, nothing happens, I used one (said to be working) from a forum but same situation, I dont have more ideas what to check on the board.
Here are some measures I did:

No reactions from caps key, only diode on hub tells me that laptop is on, no reactions when I try to do smc bypass, but what I discovered is problem while doing pram reset, I think it should turn on and do reset or something, but nothing happens. what do you think?
PS shuold battery be connected during smc baypass?...Leave a comment:

So, I did SMC or PRAM reset, fans starts to spin after power on when cpu gets little hot, no chime and keycaps led, external devices have power, and there is no video on external screen via hdmi. I’ll do smc and pram resets once more just to be sure. Should caps light up even without keyboard backlight?Leave a comment:
