sansui sled 2280a repair
HI all
just picked up a Sansui sled2280a tv and am trying to find a repair manual or the part number for the led screen. I believe this unit is manufactured by Orion.
The screen on this one is cracked but the rest of it seems to work fine.
I checked the Sansui and Orion sites with no luck and cant seem to find anything on bing or google.
Anybody have a link to download one or have access to look up a part number for me?

Also had a request for the ALT part numbers for that scaler board so here they are.. ( i havent tried any of these as an alternate, so understand using at your own risk)

Sorry for being gone so long. Work called me OTR for awhile and when i got back computer was fried. Had a storm come through and must have got it.
I ended up getting a different scaler board. Just installed it today and tv back up and working although havent pluged it into DTV receiver yet but screen comes up and menu does too.
Going to be a few days before i close it up ( need a new card for my other Direct tv receiver) is there anything you want checked while its open with a working scaler board in it?

As far as the board from E-Bay, i got a refund on it today. The seller noted that they found the board was "bad". BUT, i seen another of their buyers left a note about them "never being able to get ahold of the seller or ever getting the product".
So i am still looking.

It is rather confusing (manual for scaler board).
I finally got a download using safari.
I have been searching for a different diagram too (bing, google, even ask) with no luck.
Got my friends/co-workers watching the e-recycling for a possible replacement as well as watching e-bay.
Unless someone else has an idea i see no other option than scaler replacement right now.Leave a comment:

Pins 1 & 2 were steady at 16.9
pin 3 steady at 24.2
pin 4 steady at 3.2
rest were signal pins or 0.0 (as per other post)
Oh and the flashing from the Master Backlight inverter board has changed again.

The only flux i had was in pins #1 and #2. The .78v was just in pin #5.
I did retest both sets (10pins and 12pins) and got almost identical readings (within .02)....Leave a comment:

Looked ok, but retouched it. No change.
Have no idea on the stained areas. There are stains in multiple locations... maybe heat related? Used a bit of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and it came back light brown but didnt come up easy and i didnt rub long.
Showed a 0.08

Ok, New DMM purchased (see pic).
With the new DMM set at 200 ohm the F75 (fuse) showed a .07
The 3 voltage regulators (refer to picture) are as follows..
DMM set at 20V DC
7T10 pin 3 (top one in picture) 12.03
