My 55SV670U recently developed horizontal lines in the picture. My warranty provider replaced the mainboard, but the lines persist. The tech said it was the panel (which isn't worth replacing as the replacement cost is more than the TV's value). Any second opinions?

Look in the upper right corner of the picture for the lines in this picture. (zoom in full resolution)
