Hi,
I think the BIOS update of my HP 640 G9 failed.
Now, as soon as battery or external supply is connected, the power-LED flashes orange 9 or 10 times, then fan and some keyboard lights turn on, but display remains black.
None of the normal recovery methods worked.
I guess I need a virgin BIOS?
