If your purpose is for 3rd gen processor support, you can just update BIOS to 0163 (the latest version). But remember don't upgrade straight to 0163 if your current BIOS version is lower than 0132 (as suggested by cheeky2)...

I have successfully flash my Intel DH67CL BIOS using the file uploaded by OKRPKCOMP. I flash my BIOS using CH341 programmer and SOP8 clip. Motherboard then boots normally. For those who wonder, the BIOS version in this file is 0146.

After that, I update my BIOS again to 0163 using F7 Flash BIOS utility provided by the motherboard without problem.
