This Syncmos is clone of Intel's CPU MCS-52 family. External EEPROM not solved problem if is damaged firmware in CPU.
And if I know where, if the flash memory is locked against reading, so do not do anything with it ......

Z5U120 we have, but all Syncmos cpu on this version is locked against reading firmware.
Did you meet with the problem of fluctuations in the 1.8V on the board R7X410 and R5U210?
