Please could you detail "accurate resistance " ? 1% 0.2%.....
Usually multimeter are not very good for frequency measurement : accuracy, sensitivity...

I agree with you, to fix problem on electronics an oscilloscope is necessary except for very simple problems. Even to check DC to.see unstability, noise, ripple a scope is mandatory.
For oscilloscope it is ok for me also that Teks are better than HP. However I have an ( quite old!) HP1740 thats I like.

I have a Corsair HX450W with fuse blown ( exploded)
WIth first vérification both MOSFET seems to be shorted; would like to have a view of the schematics, but I cant see it on Hardware secrets review. Can you post me a diagram to have a view of the principle of operation of APCF. What is the IC based circuit ?

My name is Jean-Louis and I am living in France. I started electronics 50 years ago as hobby when I was young and then worked in Electronic industry ( maintenance, semiconductor manufacturer, Space industry) . Now I am retired and continue electronics as hobby and I activity in local in " repair cafe". I have a lot of test equipents in m'y workshop working to 18GHz.
